R3, Clifford Chance and ISDA are delighted to be hosting a special panel discussion to mark the release of their joint white paper on the private international law aspects of smart derivatives contracts utilising distributed ledger technology (DLT).
The panel will discuss key topics from the white paper including specific private international law issues when trading derivatives in a DLT environment, and the recommendations on how these issues might be clarified or resolved. They will also highlight two different examples of derivatives transactions, both of which use ISDA documentation and are built on Corda.
