Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management who will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives across the Commercial division across product, sales and marketing. Being a strategic and trusted partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), this multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in commercial business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CCO to define and execute the division’s strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with the CCO to define and manage the budget for the Commercial Division
  • Assist with commercial division organization structure and planning
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of divisional objectives.
  • Act as a key advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing insights and recommendations on business operations and strategy.
  • Represent the Commercial division in executive meetings and communicate strategic decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the CCO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications, Skills and competencies:

  • Proven experience in a strategic role within a Commercial division, preferably in a financial services and/or product software company
  • Strong understanding of sales, product management
  • Understanding of software and professional services pricing a preferred
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • A highly adaptable problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
